Carson Wall, PE
Geotechnical Engineer

Carson is a dedicated geotechnical engineer with over six years of experience in the field. Carson specializes in geotechnical site investigations, project management, construction monitoring and inspection, and pavement testing using the in-house Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD). His expertise spans a wide range of projects, including buildings, roadways, bridges, retaining structures, and storm and wastewater systems and facilities.

Carson’s journey into engineering began with a childhood fascination for constructing intricate structures from Lego blocks. This early passion for design and problem-solving naturally evolved into a career focused on creating real-world structures that shape communities and improve lives.

Carson draws inspiration from the intersection of earth sciences and construction, driven by a desire to give back to the community that raised him. He is particularly fascinated by how soil and rock formations influence our environment and the stability of the structures we build.

At HWA, Carson values the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of talented individuals. He finds great satisfaction in building strong relationships with his colleagues, learning from their experiences, and working together to solve challenges. The camaraderie and support within the team create a positive atmosphere that makes even the most difficult projects enjoyable. Being part of a group of dedicated professionals who share a common goal and drive brings Carson a sense of fulfillment and motivates him to give his best each day!
