Mr. Walton has 7 years of materials laboratory experience.  In his time at HWA he has conducted and overseen a wide spectrum of materials acceptance tests and geotechnical testing programs.  He currently supervises day-to-day laboratory operations and conducts advanced soil tests including soil strength, permeability, and consolidation testing.
