As President of HWA, Sandy Brodahl leads with a people-focused culture and a commitment to technical excellence. With more than a decade of experience in geotechnical engineering, she has worked on complex infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest and beyond, delivering practical solutions that support communities and strengthen essential infrastructure. Her leadership approach combines strategic vision with hands-on involvement, with a strong emphasis on developing people, strengthening culture, and building long-term partnerships with clients and owners. Outside of work, Sandy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and continuing to grow personally and lifelong learning.
