Senior Geotechnical Engineer
Michael graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with his BS in Geotechnical Engineering in 2001 and has over 24 years of geotechnical engineering experience. This experience includes site evaluation, design work for mechanically stabilized earth walls, shallow and deep foundation design, soil liquefaction analysis, and site-specific hazard analysis. Michael’s proficiency also covers groundwater/hydrogeology, mass grading, construction monitoring, and projects involving wells/piezometers and instrumentation.
Registered as a professional engineer in three states, Michael has been directly involved in all phases of construction projects. His role often includes designing engineered solutions during project planning and providing construction observation services after ground is broken.
