Mike is a licensed hydrogeologist with over 14 years of experience in the fields of geology and hydrogeology in the northwest. His experience includes managing Phase I/II environmental site assessments, UST removals, CESCL inspections, soil and groundwater remediation, hydrogeological assessments and environmental sampling.

 

Mike graduated with a degree in Geology from Carleton College, following his passion for science and being inspired by his professors as he spent time in the field. Mike loves working for HWA because of the opportunity to collaborate and learn from the best in all departments.

 

Each time Mike has the chance to work with a new scientist or engineer, he is freshly impressed by the consistent quality, passion and drive each team member brings.

 

In addition, Mike is passionate about helping his community and finds it rewarding to support public works projects by accumulating the team's knowledge about earth and its systems to make the built environment safer and more efficient.
