Ms. Kapise has over 13 years of experience in environmental regulatory compliance and assessments, and approximately 2 years of experience in performing geotechnical field investigations and construction monitoring. Nicole’s environmental experience includes management of hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater, and Phase II Subsurface Investigations and underground storage tank (UST) site assessments.  Ms. Kapise’s environmental project experience has included consulting in both the public and private sectors for mixed-use commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
