Shane graduated from the University of Washington with his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering as well as his MS in Geotechnical Engineering. He has over nine years of experience planning and conducting geotechnical site investigations and analysis, project management, construction monitoring and inspection. 

 

He has worked on a broad range of projects including roadways, transportation and pedestrian improvements, buildings, waterfront structures, bridges, water towers, retaining structures, deep foundations, storm and wastewater systems and facilities, fish passages, landslide evaluation and mitigation.
