Steve has over 39 years of geotechnical experience in the Pacific Northwest that includes conducting subsurface investigations and developing geotechnical design recommendations for airports, buildings, bridges, roadways, transit facilities, retaining structures, pipelines, and sewer systems. He is experienced in developing geotechnical recommendations related to foundation design, seismic analysis, erosion control, slope stabilization, and retaining wall design.

 

Steve has expertise in developing geotechnical engineering and pavement design recommendations for bridges, roadways and construction activities spanning across or near waterways and is highly knowledgeable of the WSDOT and FHWA design procedures for road and bridge foundations.
